Mea Guinhawa-Gabunada
Mea Guinhawa-Gabunada is the Vice President for Marketing at Nestlé Philippines, where she leads strategic brand initiatives for Wyeth Nutrition’s Premium Portfolio, driving growth and innovation across key consumer segments. With over a decade of diverse experience in telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG industries, Mea has held important leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline and Wyeth. During her tenure at GSK Malaysia, she revitalized the Urology portfolio by pioneering innovative disease-awareness campaigns that reshaped the market and significantly increased share.
Her deep understanding of consumer and physician insights enabled her to shift the category narrative toward prevention and disease progression, positioning the brand as a market leader. In recognition of her transformative and strategic brand leadership, Mea was honored with the prestigious 2016 Mansmith Young Market Masters Award for Brand Management, a testament to her creative vision and impact in driving healthcare marketing excellence.

Charlyn Yu-Escolar
Charlyn Yu-Escolar is a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for building brands. She is currently the Group Product Manager for Feminine Protection and Pet Care at JS Unitrade Merchandise Inc., where she leads the strategy and growth of Charmee, one of the most trusted feminine care brands among Filipino women. With 15 years of experience in the FMCG industry, Charlyn has consistently delivered impactful campaigns and brand innovations that resonate with the Filipino market.
Her career spans across iconic brands and companies. At Nestlé Philippines, she championed the relaunch of MAGGI Magic Sarap and strengthened its role in everyday cooking. At Monde Nissin, she reinforced product relevance and brand equity of Lucky Me! Mami via consumption building communication campaigns and developing product extensions. While in Universal Robina Corporation, she played a key role in the transformation of Great Taste Coffee as the "Coffee Innovator" with the launch of Great Taste White and Great Taste Twin Pack - that earned her the prestigious Mansmith Young Market Masters Award for Brand Management — a testament to her strategic creativity and consumer insight.

Shiela Elauria
Sheila Elauria is the Senior Research Director at Ipsos. With almost 30 years in Market Research, Shiela has covered diverse sectors – including food and beverage, personal care and other FMCG; QSRs, services, government and socio-political organizations.
Her experience in different specializations is also wide, leading both the Innovation (INN), and Public Affairs (PBA) research at Ipsos in the Philippines. At the same time, she is also the Asia Pacific lead for a key regional client in the personal care industry.
Shiela is a graduate of Communication Research from the University of the Philippines, and prior to Synovate/Ipsos, had wide experience in productivity research and opinion polling (which included writing survey-based reports for 3 Philippine Presidents).

Winsley Bangit
Winsley Bangit is Vice President and Group Head for New Businesses at GCash, where he leads strategy, business development, and partnerships across emerging growth areas including ad tech, data tech, insuretech, and wealth management.
He brings over 20 years of experience in business development, spanning FMCG, telecommunications, and fintech. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in turning new products and low-growth businesses into scaled and sustainable operations, with a focus on accessible, tech-enabled solutions for underserved segments.
His work has been recognized through industry citations such as the Mansmith Young Market Masters Award (2011) and inclusion in Esquire's Trailblazers List 2024, which highlights leaders driving innovation in the Philippine startup ecosystem.
Winsley earned his degree in Business Economics, cum laude, from the University of the Philippines. He completed the INSEAD leadership program and is an alumnus of the Kellogg School of Management Northwestern executive program.
